Service Description

In grief, in addition to the overwhelming sadness, we may feel lost, angry and even confused. Yoga offers us a way to create a safe space to process the emotions that come when we are enduring an unbearable loss. Yoga allows us to come to a still point, where we observe our emotions without judgment, increase our body awareness, nourishing ourselves and deepen the bond we have with our lost loved ones.
