Service Description

The intention of meditation is to try to eliminate the constant thoughts that enter the mind long enough to allow you to relax. Sometimes our thoughts can cause us worry or stress. Although we cannot eliminate these thoughts entirely, learning to shift our focus, aka-meditation, for a brief moment of time can help our emotional well-being. In this workshop, we will dive into understanding meditation, the benefits of meditation an types and ways to practice meditation that meet your needs.
